so how does an aspiring fitness model wannabe fare in a 23m x 12 laps shuttle run sprint?
-
My time at the end was 1:05:40, i've never sprinted this fast in the past 26 years of my life. Halfway through the sprints, my legs just aren't mine & they're not keeping up to the speed my mind wanted to do.

These short sprints has emptied my energy system, dominantly (phosphagen & fast glycolysis). My 🍑and Hamstrings are f*cked as well.

my point is, the way you train & how well your body adapts to the stimulus will dictate the outcome of how well you perform certain exercise. Train purposefully, have a proper plan that's tailored to your needs

Don't go about workout emphasizing on training them arms for the guns show 💪 it'll only be as big as the ego you're feeding. Understand what your body needs & feed it with the right training. It'll repay you with what you want 😉
